so your job is basically providing template copypasted texts that implement meaningless buzzwords...
They aren't meaningless buzzwords. You are competing with others for a position, you have to sell yourself. Once your CV makes the grade or stands out, the next step is the face to face interview. This is where they match you with what you've sold them on the CV. It's a more difficult step because any decent recruiter can usually see right through bullshit.
But if you have a rubbish or below-grade CV you might not even get a shot at it. Is it fair? No, but the world isn't fair. A few hours of invested in creating a proper CV, and a few more hours in interview technique can literally be life-changing. I've witnessed it countless times.
