How the fuck are you potentially getting charged for child pornography? Regardless of what you wrote, that is stupid, but what did you write about sexual abuse against children?

EDIT: I do think his writings are fucked up, but I don't think it should be illegal. In Estonia it is illegal, not much he can do.

Jesus fuck that is quite extreme. Regardless of how messed up these stories are though, should not be illegal to write about it. If laws were broken, laws were broken.

I think pedos are disgusting, but I don't think fictional child pornography should be illegal, it is not harming anyone. I have not read his story so I cannot speak on if I find it over the top or not, I am 99% sure that he did not write it with the aim of arousing people though. At the end of the day.... if the writing did actually break an established law in Estonia, there is not much he can do.

I agree with you. Even though I don't think it should be illegal, it is in the country which he resides in....
