C5 complete here! If you don't mind me asking, what level are you? I'd be cool if I could try something like that!

OP, I'm another C5. Have you considered a memory foam mattress? I went from a low air loss mattress (like a hospital bed) to memory foam and it was so much better. Don't have to turn at night.

Not OP, but I'm paralyzed from my shoulders down and sit in a power chair. Usually the fastest that insurance will pay for (yeah it's seriously an insurance thing) is 6 mph. If you're lucky you might be able to get a faster one.

Not OP but I'm paralyzed from my shoulders down and in college. I need a caregiver myself and while having a caregiver makes things a lot easier (like I wouldn't live if I didn't have one), going to a school in a small town makes it very hard to find qualified caregivers to work for you. They basically have to be at least a CNA or have previous experience or else it'll be a tough time. I've had to resort to hiring other students before which isn't the most comfortable thing in the world but you gotta do what you gotta do. There's also the issue of the state paying my caregivers through a special program, and their caregiver approval process is a drag. I usually have to wait at least 6 weeks for my caregivers to get approved and receive their first paycheck.
