Why is pPingu still staff?

There are "ranks" of contributors essentially - Users, Editors, Reviewers and Staff. Users are automatically promoted to editors by the server depending on things like number of edits, total edit size, etc. At that point, their edits no longer need to be checked by higher-ranking users and they can check other users' edits. Reviewers and Staff need to be appointed, and each has a few more privileges than the rank below. Staff can be thought of as Mods, with the power to ban people, while reviewers are basically senior editors who have been recognized by the staff.
