Do you do anything with water filters and/or funding to fix plumbing etc to avoid the excessive plastic waste from water bottles?

I understand. My thought was more about - give a man a bottle of water, he will drink for a day. Filter the water, he's good indefinitely. And that's waste-free.

I do understand that may have a steeper front-end cost, and providing clean water can be a more immediate necessity.
