In theory, if a vegetarian person was cool with your passion, would you be cool with their vegetarianism and date them?

I'm a jerk. I always thought that my last bf should just go to bed and wake up early on a schedule, and that he'd eventually get used to it; it seems like this is something he experiences. I should know better because I myself have insomnia and REM sleep disorder, and know how frustrating it is for people to not "get it."
