This is a really good answer! For me, I joined one of these companies while in an anxiety crisis (I’m high functioning so I didn’t realize how “bad” it was) and quickly realized, while waiting hours for the person assigned to me to respond, that I needed a “real” therapist. It was a stepping stone in a way. More options are always better, even if it’s not the right fit.
