Hey! Thanks for doing this AMA! I've been talking about joining the Peace Corps for years! I'm currently a junior in college and I'm a nursing major. Do you have any advice on how to make my application standout? I know you can select a preference for a country, but it depends if work is a available, so should I be open to all possibilities? (I'm interested in Central America since I'm taking Spanish classes). I've had some experience with international travel, but did you ever get home sick? Did you always feel safe and well cared for?
Any advice in general would be great!
