I'm not trolling. you don't know what trolling is. that you said I was an "obvious" troll makes me sad for you

alanwins-15 karma

I highly doubt that.

  • what makes you any different from any other prostitute, online or off? a deformity? a fetish? a gimmick? anything?

  • you say the "surge of confidence" you got from the gonewild community lead you to taking your clothes off for money; are you saying that prior to discovering reddit, you did not know how positive the reaction of the internet would be to any woman taking her clothes off?

  • you mention how much more money you are making now.

are you honestly telling us you had no idea that it's easier and more lucrative to be a prostitute than hold a more conventional job?

  • you mention "supportive" everywhere. are you very ashamed of what you do? do you need the constant validation of people around you to prevent you from curling up foetal?

Do you have an issue with sex workers? If so, I encourage you to ask direct questions instead of loaded ones. I'm happy to address any real concerns you might have!

this is an AMA. I ask the questions, you answer them. when I do an AMA, you can ask me about my issues. rest assured that when I do decide to talk about whatever issues I might or might not have, it won't be with some prostitute on the internet. while you might be happy to address concerns, simply being a prostitute doesn't qualify you to talk about my purported issues.

they weren't "loaded" questions. my derision is obvious. I was hiding nothing, but I'm very proud of you for "seeing what I did there"

A few things! First of all, a prostitute is a person who provides actual sex to the client in exchange for money or goods. This is not what I do, though I understand that it seems like a minor distinction to many people. A lol. ipper is a person who is usually offline with skills in dancing and taking off their clothes in an erotic/sensual way. A stripper might also be a prostitute! A camgirl is the most common term for an online stripper. Camgirls usually perform the same types of acts that a stripper does, and then more explicit ones. Camgirls often, but not always, use toys and masturbation. A porn star is not the same as a cam worker, but someone could be both. A porn star is someone who has sex with someone else in front of a camera, where both people are paid for the sex by someone else.

if I have a girlfriend, and I kiss another girl, or even hold another girl's hand with romantic intent, then I've cheated on my girlfriend. it doesn't matter how you attempt to set boundaries and define "cheating". similarly, you take your clothes off for money, you're a prostitute. it doesn't matter how you try to define it to make yourself feel better. the fact that you have such lovely little distinctions speaks volumes to how uncomfortable you are about being you.

I hope that clears up a few things! Usually it is best to just say "sex worker" if you aren't sure of the person's specialty. In the world of camming, I stand out because I have a higher than standard quality webcam. I also really enjoy chatting with my clients, even when I'm in free chat. A lot of cam girls have an obvious and pushy attitude about only being there for money. I try to just have a good time. The clients are people too! I'm not all that different from a lot of pussy out there, and I'm certainly not the best, but paying customers keep cumming (pun intended) back for more, and that's good enough for me!

no, there's nothing special about this, or you. that's actually impressive, considering how cluttered the space is.

you say the "surge of confidence" you got from the gonewild community lead you to taking your clothes off for money; are you saying that prior to discovering reddit, you did not know how positive the reaction of the internet would be to any woman taking her clothes off?

A lot of women on the internet are not as popular as I was lucky to be. I also had some self esteem issues prior to the positive reaction I received. A lot of media promotes an unhealthily thin image for models and porn stars, and I wasn't aware that camming was a popular activity. Suggesting that just "any woman" can take her clothes off and be successful is an insult to people who look at pornography. Implying that people don't have standards is an excellent way to receive a negative reaction from them.

I'm ok with both insulting people who look at pornography and with receiving a negative reaction from them. please stop preaching and try to focus on the question. you could have stopped at "I have a lot of self esteem issues". that answered my question.

you mention how much more money you are making now. are you honestly telling us you had no idea that it's easier and more lucrative to be a prostitute than hold a more conventional job?

If I was a prostitute, I would be making a lot more than I am even now. I've never had any interest in being a prostitute because of the risks associated with it. Wen STIs aren't real, rape doesn't happen, and getting drugged isn't a danger, I might consider it. Until then, I live in the real world, where risk/reward assessment is crucial to being a successful human being. I wasn't aware that camming was an industry until recently, and as soon as I heard about it, I was interested.

are you 14? I thought you had to be over 18 to be an online prostitute? the internet has been commercially available since '96, and webcams since '99 on; how is it possible you are 18 or older, abs have only recently been aware that "cramming" is an industry?

you mention "supportive" everywhere. are you very ashamed of what you do? do you need the constant validation of people around you to prevent you from curling up foetal?

I am not ashamed of what I do, but I'm also not ignorant of how hostile other people can be if they don't share the same views as I do. My boyfriend's support is critical to me because his well being is very important. If he wasn't supportive, he wouldn't be happy, and for me, that is an unacceptable trade-off. Having support from your peer group is always important. Human beings are social animals, as evident by the suicide rates among socially rejected adolescents. I don't need their validation, but people in the AMA are likely interested in why I am so happy with what I do.

lol. not even goading you, this is literally lol.

thank you, i have my answers, you don't need to reply further. i know everything I'll ever need to know about you. go enjoy the rest of your AMA.
