Ohh, one more thing... I find that cardio exercice and good diet helps a lot. Basically when your body has the nutrients and your blood flows, your body will take care of itself. Try getting your pulse up at least 15 minutes a day. Run a mile every now and then if you can and stretch!

The problem is not only in the monitor, its the flat keyboard itself. I recommend gold touch split keyboard. Its a little bit weird in the beginning but you get used to it.
