As a fellow zemlyak, I gotta admit I don’t know much about gamedev in my own country. However, I know it is a pretty successful industry, one of a few where people actually earn decent money.
Was it hard to start a studio on your own in Russia? I’m sure there is a whole story to it.
And more general question, is there a chance for an experienced gamer to start a career in, for example, your studio? Or any other? In past Soviet reality.
Also, did you originally plan to release your cyberpunk-themed game right after 2077 hype? I’d say it a smart move, but idk if it was the plan.
