I'm starting to feel depressed by all this bleak news, especially when ppl are acting like this is nothing. My sleep is more disturbed than usual, and I can't focus on my work at all. Today I started freaking out so I sat on the floor for a bit. Tomorrow I'm going to go out for a walk & just avoid ppl to get outside.

What other mental health strategies would be helpful? To help me focus on work, & not worried?
