Not OP but also a SW. Yes, we do sometimes have 'good' sex, more for some than others. I have a nice time at least once a week while my lesbian friend doesn't like dudes so it's never been good for her, just good money.

What we, or at least I, almost never have is great sex. The kind with someone who knows your body really well, is interested in taking their time, you can trust to take all the same safety precautions, etc. I've only had two clients capable of that in my five years as an escort.

Oh totally. I don't begrudge my clients their self interest. I'm a pleaser and I take pride in my abilities to help people find exciting new sexual heights and I don't expect anyone without my experience and interest to replicate that. Comes with the job. But, I do have a fair number of clients who book two or three hours and in those cases, even with my clients' relative lack of skill, I tend to have a much better time. Your comment is perceptive. I like that. Thank you.

Many women use a sea sponge or a cosmetics sponge as a tampon during the appointment. They're soft and absorbent and generally, unless it's one of the heavy days, the client never knows or sees. You also get good at making sure you're the one to take the condom off after, in case there's some spotting.

Rarely do providers let their clients know. Our periods aren't always predictable and if we had to cancel an appointment every time it started, we would lose out on a ton of income.

Not OP but a SW in the US. I find that strong online presence helps. A lot of my social circle has a twitter or instagram account, they have professional websites that showcase some of their personality, they communicate well over text or email, they screen you in some way, and usually you'll need to plan ahead a bit. Someone with a busy personal life, who sounds over email the same way they sound in their ads, who has ads across multiple platforms, stuff like that. I also look for ladies who have a 'friends' list or 'duos page' because that's an indication to me that they've networked within their community and have some agency.

Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what you're comfortable with, but even after FOSTA/SESTA we're online all over the place and an hour or so of digging can help you feel reasonably sure of who you're contacting.

I can't speak for her clients but I'd say at least two thirds of my clients want to make sure I'm safe and happy and taken care of. That might mean tips or gifts or it might just mean a caring word and a sweet goodbye. It's far more common than not for clients to care about their providers.
