Let's talk logistics: How do you manage to read so many books, so often? Is it just that you make reading your top priority and spend every waking moment doing it, or do you read particularly quickly? Or both?

Thanks for the great answer. Yes, I was pretty convinced your kids knew how to read -- I was wondering more about whether they loved to read. I've got a nine-month-old myself and am trying to figure out how to instill in him a love of reading. Best wishes from Chicago!
