you may not be understanding this. in the UK, there's ONE employer in health care -- the government (called NHS). technically speaking there are private hospitals here and there but they are a tiny minority and are the home of senior doctors with loads of experience and specialized training. for junior doctors there is only ONE option: the NHS.
