I have seen the timelapse and it was amazing, but how much of it was the real city? How much was edited or chosen by the gov?

Hi there! I used duolingo for a while. Learned spanish (actually able to speak it now !) , learned a bit of german (probably need a bit more time) and now I just keep going.

So my question is, since this method of learning is quite effective, will duolingo be able to teach medicine for example?
