How big an effect do you think the petition can have? Are any of the elected "leaders" supporting the petition?

Though I already signed it, I am still sceptical of the impact we can have..

Can we have something like a tracking feature which shows which congressmen are with/ against the NSA surveilance- to highlight the ones who are still supporting.. Let's call them out and ask them how they can support this..

I agree that this might be the strongest form of protest we can actually have, but given that the next elections are a year away, how can we ensure that the pressure actually tells?

Right now it seems there are multiple efforts all aiming for the same thing. It seems to me an "umbrella" is required to combine all the efforts to have the maximum effect possible. JMT
