I hear you - I don't feel comfortable delegating my work to anyone. Forming groups in school for projects gave me hella anxiety. It just feels so personal, and to invite others in is sorta invasive.

The built-in scheduler sounds like a huge help. That would be the most tedious part of the process to me, just properly scheduling people, mainly because nobody pays you for that part and I imagine it's time consuming to do alone.
