I was a backer of the vault preservation effort, and absolutely loved the resultant film. One thing that troubled me during the backing was the fracture in the family. Did that ever get any better, and have you gotten feedback on the film from Moon or Dweezil? Did the situation with the siblings influence any filmmaking decisions?
Can't wait for the blu-ray and hope it is packed with extras!

That really shone through. The Ensemble Modern played the absolute living fuck out of those compositions, and it was amazing to see him absorb that. I'd read about it in interviews he gave toward the end of his life, but seeing that...Thank you, u/alexwinter_zappa

I agree: that's why I was wondering if Dweezil and Moon had seen it despite their initial conflict. I think he did an incredible job with the material in the vault. So many things I'd only read about but never seen or heard (like the Garrick shows), or things I'd read him say but not heard him speak.

Huh. This feels like an artful and diplomatic dodge. Again that I loved this film, brought to tears at the end when Watermelon in Easter Hay started playing, and am pleased to have been a backer. But in previous a AMA under another account you talked about having blessing from all the children, but shortly after that there was an NYT article talking about the family rift, reportedly inflamed by Dweezil's tours and the Who The F*@% is Frank Zappa Kickstarter. That seems different than what you said above.

What a bummer. I love many shows on the Twit network but felt it improved measurably when Tom joined and felt like he was the one guy who could really fill your shoes, albeit even then only on a temporary basis.
Maybe go back to the original Triangulation format and bring back J.C.D. as your third point!
