Hell yeah! You could have all sorts of awesome enhancements. IR for night time seeing! A zoom would be useful, as would an augmented reality way of measuring things. Like if my eye could recognise something I'm holding and overlay a scale so I could measure it, that would be sweet.

Augmented reality language translation software! Amazing. Foreign language with normal eye, understandable with bionic eye.
