Not trying to troll honest question here - do you feel worse about visiting happy ending massage parlors now that more has come out about how many of them are forced into sex trafficking?

And what exactly do you mean by independent? I feel like those would be much more likely to be shady lol. And it’s not like the women are going to act like they’d rather be doing other things for money if given the choice / coerced to staying for whatever reason.

I only bring it up because I don’t think people realize the harm in frequenting these places does. Even if you happen to not go to one that is ethical, you’re still putting the demand out there. Anyway I wish it could be different and if it were legalized which I think it should be then maybe more ethical practices could happen and I think it would be super hot. Just not the reality a lot of time :/.

Ehh not exactly. You dismiss it as not everyone, but actually in the last couple of years the majority of the investigation done into these places is that it isn’t consensual. That’s the problem. I actually think in prostitution there is more consensual than forced trafficking. I could be off base with statistics but I think these more unseen harm in massage parlors because you consider it a safe environment but really a lot of these women aren’t being paid and are there for visa or debt reasons.

Anyway not saying by any means all are bad and if you have some that are legit and you know for a fact the women are all there consensually then that’s at least better. And again I think the idea of these are actually hot and would be all for them but like if you really do research which I did a like rabbit hole dive into recently, it’s really not as safe as you’re saying it is. I’m not against consensual sex work at all, but massage parlors I think are more of a target because they seem more “safe” and from what I’ve read the majority is not consensual unfortunately.
