yep. and if youre from further north than the Utica/rome area then your so far upstate your not even in ny and you just call it Canada

edit - so excited to see upstate ny so I clicked on it to see a piece of home then was like wtf that's southern tier area and was super disappointed. then saw Utica/rome and was all YEA! give my love to Utica, shes a shithole sometimes but shes my favorite shithole and GodfuckingDamn I miss home :'(

Please excuse me if this is an inappropriate question but how do people go to the bathroom in such extreme cold weather? Also, if you peed outside would it freeze mid-stream?
