What's your favorite restaurant in Rochester?

I'm not sure if he'll answer. I go to school here. Construction isn't too bad downtown apart from a 3 block stretch on Broadway from about center street to 4th street. They're still working on that new Hilton on the corner of center and broadway.

No....? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's not like he somehow temporarily convinced the teller that he had a right to take the money. He's saying if you tell them, "I have a weapon give me money". Then they'll do it.
