What was the grossest or weirdest thing you ever found in someone's car?

They charged me a ton for it (convenience is nice, ain't it?)

Just out of curiosity, how much did they charge you? I've never had to pay more than $20-$25, maybe $30 tops, for a full oil change with an inspection - even at a dealership.
