I literally never get breaks, even if I've worked 9+ hours, despite it being an OSHA regulation. The people who come into taco bell are also the dumbest customers of any fast food chain. You will hear "no whipped cream" on a fairly regular basis. Damn people don't even know sour cream is a thing.

Anything that has sour cream can have that substituted for guacamole, or vice versa.
