Absolutely love your work in the show. I can never quite predict how your character is going to react (benign or malignant), and your relationship with the main kid is so well done. He's tough, not necessarily fair, but also not petty in the way those roles often come across. Anyway, brilliant stuff.

What other work options are available to inmates? Is the firefighter program the most coveted/competitive? Was there ever an issue ( in your experience) with attempted escapes?
