What is the secret to staying married for almost 30 years?

How invasive is jaw reduction surgery? Is this only given to people with really big jaws or can I go in and ask for it like someone goes and asks for a boob job?

I always thought I had a large jaw (not like Rummer Willis large but big) but I also have body dysmorphic disorder, so is there any ethical issue with people with BDD asking for cosmetic procedures they may not need?

Also if someone has fillers like Juvederm and got them regularly would a jaw reduction have any complications with the filler moving around?
