Scott, at the vs2013 launch you did a demo of cross platform dev with xamarin, any good video resources on setup and management of such projects?

Hi, loved the latest VergeCast, more of your opinions definitely improve the show. Two questions,

Where do you see the next periscope level of disruption coming from? Is video saturated or do you see untapped potential somewhere else?

If you could gamify anything what would it be? Either something totally new or an adaption of something that hasn't been done right?
