why is there no official ELO player ranking yet?

then why are the official 'leaderboards' split into 3 categories which all have nearly nothing to do with skill? How are these a better represantative than a mathematically determined value, which exactly should represent ones skill level?

whats the command for the dev's secret emote?

and do you consider the matchmaker to be (atleast a bit) broken?
