I have a perfectly good Android 4.2.2 running on Galaxy 2 and I can't Install it simply because my phone is from an Israeli provider.
It would be incredibly helpful to have OneNote with me at my fingertips, instead of awkwardly using copycat products. But you force me to use competing products because of a region lock, which makes no sense for a free product, whose desktop equivalent is sold around the world.
I'm currently using one note for
(a) planning a month long trip to europe
(b) keeping track of relevant MSDN documentation for 2 major services I'm working with
(c) keeping track of work tasks
(d) keep track of school work for my degree
(e) keeping a huge recipe database
Should I move all of my work to evernote or google docs?

Why is OneNote's Android App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.onenote) region restricted?
