Apart from what the other poster said, OP has mentioned in other comments that you can write down conversations after they happened with times, and if your location has one party recording co sent then to take audio recordings. Also try to get testimony or just verbal confirmation and acknowledgement of a situation from others, who can then be later contacted if case is brought.

What was the best noodles that you made yourself? As in flavourings.

I originally meant any recipes you like when you make noodles from scratch, but your favourite modifications would also be nice to hear :)
