How do you plan and design such an elaborate show? Is there a lot of practice for it work as perfectly as it does?

I think that the underlying causes of violence need to be addressed as strongly as gun control, if not more so. Despite which side a person takes on gun control it promises to be a long drawn out process simply due to the passion on both sides.

What steps would you take to address violence that don't include gun control itself?
