I started reading your headline post on your VPN service and was trying to imagine what could be added to existing offerings to improve of them. Didn't come close to the features you've listed and was surprised.

Sounds like you're spent a lot of time frustrated with using streaming services over VPN and have automated away a lot of that frustration. Your solutions are going to be well over the heads of average consumers. Do you have any plans to dumb it down so average people who just want it to work understand you have a solution for them?

Edit. Also wanted to ask, you sound like an Australian national so can be ordered by the Australian government to put a backdoor in your VPN service and require you never to devoldge this information. Doesn't that mean anything you say can't be trusted?

Hi Peter,

Sounds like you'll need a strong marketing team to convince end users their existing cheaper VPN based solution that some times works is better than your more expensive mostly works VPN based solution.

Have a suggestion for you. Instead of calling it VPN, come up with a new way to market your new solution? You're not providing only a virtual private network, you're providing a hands off international streaming solution? ISS? Maybe that's been done before.

Edit. Also passionately disagree with Australia's encryption laws and am an Australian living outside Australia in I.T. security. Would I risk my Australian passport for my work by refusing an order by the Australian government? No, I honestly wouldn't as it would mean giving up spending time with friends and family. I don't think I am unquic on this.

Completely agree with you. Please don't.

I really don't think he has. I am talking about this truly awful Australian law that means you can not trust any Australian national working on encryption or security. I am asking as an Australian national working in I.T. security.
