How would this be used? Don't governments and medical supply companies and hospitals already have their own PPE supply chain tools?

• I know a lot of long distance runners that use THC/Cannabis products. It seems very popular in the sport, do you know any reasons why that may be? All the studies I've read (as a layperson) says there isn't much (if any) effects on endurance or performance or recovery times, but a lot of runners claim it's great for their distance running.

(It could just be my own personal bias noticing runners use it a lot though)
