Andy, I love your work, especially your distinct characters on comedy band bang and the podcast pilot project. When you create characters where do you start (voice/premise/ticks)? Do you improvise and build traits and philosophies for them or is it usually a well thought out person before you begin?

What would be a good exercise to help me stop taking the back seat in scenes and start actually making some game moves?

When was the last time you did something a ghost couldn't do?

Will, you've had your own sketch show right? What would be some advice you would give to someone about how to create successful sketches? Is it better to hammer away at one idea until it sticks or write a thousand ideas hoping one can turn into gold?

Any advice you could give to someone who just started out writing sketches for stage? Is there a process you used or currently still use?
