While your sense of humor is great, I've noticed that you use it to deflect from questions that address particularly problematic aspects of Christian doctrine. When asked about LBGT rights, your views coincide with those of the majority of millennials and you have no problem expounding at length. When asked what would motivate a loving, compassionate God to damn people for eternity, you give a flip one-liner about fries. This fails to answer a very trenchant question, implies that the answer is something you don't want to advertise, and to a degree insults our intelligence. Can we get a straight answer?

Thanks for your quick and thorough response! I find your position to be much more reasonable than those of other denominations. Can you describe more of what would be required - repentance, acceptance of divine authority, etc. - to free someone from damnation? Also, what if someone is in hell for 0.25 seconds before the end of time, and would have repented in, say, 20 minutes? Finally, what is the nature of damnation and what specific acts merit it? For example, many denominations promise salvation for those who commit atrocities but believe, while promising horrific tortures for virtuous nonbelievers. More briefly, is salvation a question of faith, good works, or both in your view?

I realize you're answering a lot of questions at once - you ARE a millennial! - so please take your time.
