If we cut funding from a certain area of government, is that money up for grabs for another area of the government? At what point can we give the money back to the people and reduce some taxes? Who is to say that if we didn't spend $50B on wars, we would be free to use that money for anything we wanted? What if we just.... didn't use that money at all and lowered taxes a bit?
