What’s the magic word to say to the AI when I don’t want to deal with the AI and I would rather deal directly with a human being? I usually just start speaking Spanish and it recognizes a different language and I get transferred right away.

I would caution you all asking questions that, although OP has provided proof, this is an AMA of an official that has only seen the officiating side of the sport for 2 years. I’m not trying to “one-up” OP here but most of the answers to people’s questions are very “amateur” and answered from a very novice point of view. While this is perfectly acceptable for this sub, most people on here are trolling and asking questions to purposefully put this official in a hard spot especially dealing with fans/people who think they have any idea about the game and it is somewhat embarrassing to read the questions and replies.
