Hopefully yes, that is one of the reasons we are bringing proceedings against Sony PlayStation. We believe they breached competition law by unlawfully overcharging PlayStation customers. If the Tribunal agrees with us Sony will not be able to continue to operate in this way and will need to change its approach.
