Or do you mean they should be able to do that and these posts should stay up???

I'm talking hypothetical but very real... what if some criminal wants to start a cult by publicizing the horrors of his crimes (say they involve something that in 100% of countries is defined as a crime). Would you want truly any post to be not removable?
