I think Julia will become much, much more popular than it is now. Because of that... would you recommend any online courses on Julia?

My neighbor country was also bombed with depleted uranium and other bombs by USA and the death rate from cancer there went up by 75%. That also includes the fact that many specialists migrated out of the country, the worse conditions of its medical department etc. but 75% increase doesn't just happen from that. Anyway, my question is are the problems about cancer hidden from the mainland American people? Do mainland Americans know about these problems?
