Start with a diet. There might be a diet better suited to your needs but I can recommend the one that I know. A protein diet. Fish, beef, chicken, fruit and veg. Cut out the high in sugar softdrinks outright. Don't even look at bread, pasta, junk food etc. Drink plenty of water. I cannot stress the importance of exercise. If you just diet, when you stop you'll just gain it back. This is not a temporary fix, this is a change of lifestyle as you'll need to keep the weight off all your life. If at present you're not doing anything (exercise or diet) keep in mind that anything you do is more than you are doing a present. So start of with a walk, then a walk and a run. Ask yourself if you really want this and if you are ready for a change of life. If you're not answering yourself truthfully you are only kidding yourself. I can personally tell you that the most difficult part is starting, then your hunger and desire will make you achieve your goal. 50lbs lighter im hitting the gym in half an hour.
