Hi there. I was wondering whether we have any idea of where memories are stored? Is there a specific part of the brain where, for example if injured, there would be a large effect on recall and memory in general? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! That full-fledged map you talk about sounds great, I'm very interested in the brain, because I view it as one big, very very compilcated machine with many layers to it. If one day we could actually map it out and be able to specifically say "right there is where memories begin, right there is where recall happens etc", that would be awesome.
