Hi Mr. Rineman, I enjoy a lot of the work l believe you to have a hand in. A colleague of yours at Tonight with Jimmy Fallon, Jo Firestone, is a bit of a mentor to a group of writers that I am a part of. I was wondering if we could set up a time to pick your brain some day?

To follow up, many black Americans have died since the march on Ferguson and little to no visible political changes were enacted since then thus the current marches and protests. With the amount of steam the movement has now, what will you and your teams do to progress in terms of political demands as not to fizzle out until the next one of us dies on camera and the world catches feelings?

How will BLM live beyond this moment? The NAACP has released a list of political demands.

I have worked for two nonprofit orgs that seem to have great leaders as mouth pieces at the top and wonderful people working the ground but fail because of administrators in the middle that don’t develop tangible plans for people in the community to follow.

Will do. I’ll send one through your site.

Because the NAACP seems to be missing the youth and BLM has more recognition on the ground, do you think the BLM group will continue to lobby for new policy and policy reform post the recent movement? I understand money is an issue.
