Qeynos or Freeport? When you look at how EQ has evolved over the years, are you happy with what Sony has done with it?

Because keys are generally stupid expensive anyway, but they also have to be programmed. If it's something more complex than turning the new key, the tech is going to want to be paid for his time. We used to charge an hour to program keys if there was programming involved, half an hour if there wasn't.
