I was rather surprised about the stats of Kill Me Once as well, because keep in mind that it's only available in English, which isn't our first language. That's not to say that there isn't plenty of people who prefer to read books in their original language (myself included) but as you might imagine Finnish books and books translated to Finnish clearly trump the rest.
