From a marketing and business perspective perhaps you might be able to clarify couple things primarily being is there anything being done with legislation that you were aware of or laws that would allow the company perhaps in California to be able and sell their products In a state such as New York that would not result in federal penalties of transporting narcotics across state lines? I just find it very unique that there are so many companies that specialize in cartridges, Vape, And edible products that are limited with in the confines of their state when I slowly but surely a national market is expanding? As something of a caveat to that, to your knowledge is there any penalty for perhaps a company in California or Oregon to ship the product up the Pacific coast line through Oregon Washington and now into Canada where it is legal? This is more generally asked simply because some of the states mentioned have a surplus of extra marijuana and are selling at very low prices but could still maintain a profit if they were to sell it in Canada.

Thank you for taking the time and can anyone contact you by email or at your law office?

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to that inquiry into something that fellow peers and colleagues within the marketing field have asked of me and I do not have an answer for so I appreciate that. I need to know researching whether or not there are initiatives that are being funded to address such reform. I know the intent of those asking that of me is not by any means harmful just simply to foster a comparative free market that will benefit everybody through taxes and regulation. Thank you again though for all that you do.

No I appreciate you sharing that thank you. I was just curious him more less because if you look you got Washington Oregon California all as legal states and then of course Canada as a nation legalizing so I was just not sure I mean it’s not something I’m going to do a commercial business venture but I know others have inquired and there have been some individuals who specialize in marketing and Canada that have asked me that question. I understand the governments right to intervene especially if it was crossing territory where it’s not legalized but then again we also get into the entire debacle of states rights because they should be enforcing their borders to a certain degree and obviously any import into Canada would be at the discretion of their government and police agencies. It’s just such a shame that there are so many very well established and high-quality products coming from companies that they cannot share with another state that has legalized it or even for medical purposes because of very broad reaching federal law. If it is the case it would be a good area to look into perhaps illegal effort to remove that stipulation if the states have allowed for its usage.
