There’s also (scientific) theories that it might cause or exacerbate several mental disorders in humans, and change us in ways ranging from inhibiting/modifying executive function to being worse drivers.

Do you think something like this could be “weaponized” to, say, augment efforts to cause/increase stochastic terrorism?

Or pay trolls to stalk incels on places like Reddit and tell them that other people are actually causing their problems.
