Yep, have left multiple messages and emails. No response.

Bills to pay and they aren't offering any form of paid leave.

Dogshit. No one wants to tip because "there's no money." (I got told that exact line on a recent delivery).

1. No evidence to track who I am. I'd like to see them even try.

2. Go ahead and fire me, I'll sue for laying an employee off for whistleblowing (very fucking illegal).

The problem with this is that here in California you have about a 49% shot at getting approved for unemployment if you quit without a positive test result for COVID-19.

I have friends who have had to quit their jobs because they live with elderly parents and do not want to risk infecting them, and they get fuck all from the government. I'm not in a position to risk having 0 income, unfortunately.

Do I have savings? Yes.

Do I want to be forced to use those savings because a fucked up corporation won't provide basic paid leave for employees? Nope.
