Thanks for the reply. I dont doubt your good intentions or hard work but I do question weather you are truly getting an objective point of view from the sources you are citing. The sources you cite all seem to be cherry picked to support your predetermined conclusion.
You say that you trust the solutions of the best and brightest minds yet you so easily dismiss nuclear energy. Nuclear energy is an on-the-shelf technology that we can implement today that has near zero carbon emissions. This is technology that can produce results right now if we can get our policies on it cleaned up.
Since you are policy people, I'll ask you to take a look at every singe one of GW Bush's state of the union speeches and Obama's first couple too. They all dedicate some time to push the expansion of nuclear power infrastructure in the US. Why did that not happen?

From your website, your team doesn't seem to have any engineers, anyone with power generation experience, or anyone with any sort of technical degree. Do you think you team is really qualified to comment on this issue?
